Unique contribution/vision: I have vast experience in mental health nursing practice, education and research and contributed to curriculum development in advanced mental health nursing. I was involved the establishment of the Psychiatric Nursing Association, and takes leadership in the association to provide opportunities for dissemination of mental health research to nurses in clinical practice. My research focus is on improving the well-being of nurses. I am an experienced qualitative researcher, especially in phenomenological research methods and qualitative data analysis.
